When appointments are forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, it not only leaves an empty time slot that could have been filled by someone else, but it also denies clients on our waiting list the opportunity to receive services. As our services are reserved exclusively for you, we have implemented a cancellation fee policy. To ensure fairness, we will be asking for a credit card to have on file. Please take note of the following cancellation fees: - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that no-shows are no longer acceptable. We value your time and appreciate your cooperation in honoring your scheduled appointments. 100% of the service will be charged. No refunds will be issued!
